My wife and I just moved here from Upstate SC and needed a quick solution to a drainage problem in our new home. The Owner of Champion Septic and his crew were on site within an hour of our call. They quickly were able to diagnose the drainage problem as a clog and that we actually needed a plumber to correct this particular problem. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone James was able to put us in contact a trustworthy professional plumber who then fixed our concern. We called Champion on a Sunday and left a VM. Low and behold 7am the next morning James calls me when I'm driving to work (perfect timing!) and we talk a bit and he said they would be out today! (thank you God!) My wife was working from home that day so perfecto! Well, my wife said she has never met a more delightful couple of guys who do this for a living. James had a great sense of humor and my wife was genuinely interested and he was more than up to the task of answering all her questions. (she had to tell me in detail when I got home! ...and she took videos that I had to watch! LOL) Absolutely great price (super fast too!) and we'll never have anyone do this except for you guys!
